A downloadable game

MARTDOOM is an old-school first-person shooter built around fast movement, big guns, hordes of enemies and a campaign that refuses to stay in one place for long.

What begins among demons, crypts and infernal fortresses quickly turns into a journey through completely different worlds and eras. Cross hostile wastelands, fight through a deadly jungle, survive neon-soaked city streets, raid ancient tombs, face ninjas and samurai, enter a Halloween nightmare, challenge the gods of Olympus, battle pirates and finally draw your weapons in the Wild West.

The campaign contains 50 levels divided into 10 episodes, each with its own visual identity, enemy combinations and increasingly dangerous encounters.

10 Episodes. 50 Levels. No Time to Relax.

Every episode contains five levels and introduces a new setting, new threats and new surprises.

  • The Warlord — Crypts, laboratories, flesh and an infernal fortress.
  • The Outer Lands — Open ruins, ash fields and hostile wastelands.
  • The Green Hell — A dense jungle filled with soldiers, hunters and deadly ambushes.
  • Neon City — Rain-soaked streets, industrial districts and criminal gangs under cyberpunk lights.
  • The Pharaoh's Tomb — Deserts, oases, pyramids, mummies and ancient curses.
  • The Rising Sun — Bamboo forests, cherry blossom villages, temples, ninjas and a powerful shogun.
  • Night of the Pumpkins — Graveyards, haunted houses, bats, pumpkins and a flying witch.
  • Mount of the Gods — Fight among clouds, marble cities, labyrinths and the gods themselves.
  • Pirates — Cannons, corsairs, treasure and heavily defended pirate strongholds.
  • The Wild West — Saloons, mines, canyons, outlaws and a final gunslinger waiting for a duel.

An Arsenal Built for Mayhem

Choose the right weapon for the right problem — or simply use the biggest one available.

Your arsenal includes:

  • Pistol
  • Shotgun
  • Double-barrel shotgun
  • Machine gun
  • Rocket launcher
  • Plasma rifle
  • Plasma cannon

Weapons use different ammunition types, firing rates, spreads and projectile behavior, making weapon choice increasingly important as enemy groups become larger and more varied.

Enemies That Keep Changing With the World

MARTDOOM constantly expands its enemy roster as the campaign progresses.

Fight demons, zombies, floating horrors, infernal knights, soldiers, hunters, gangsters, mummies, ninjas, skeleton mages, pirates, corsairs, outlaws and many more.

Special enemies bring their own movement patterns, ranged attacks, melee attacks and combat behaviors.

And then there are the bosses.

Expect sword-wielding warlords, reapers, tanks, monsters, pharaohs, shoguns, witches, minotaurs, gods, pirate captains and gunslingers — each built as a major encounter rather than just another enemy with more health.

Endless Mode

Finished the campaign? Make your own run.

Endless Mode continuously combines maps, enemies, special units and bosses from across the game into randomized runs.

Customize the experience before starting:

  • Easy, Normal, Hard or Nightmare difficulty
  • Infinite lives or a limited number of lives
  • Random environments or a specific episode theme
  • Few, normal, many or no special enemies
  • Bosses every few maps, on every map or disabled
  • Require all enemies or only the boss to be defeated
  • Start with only the pistol or the full arsenal
  • Preserve health between maps or recover it

The farther you go, the better the run.

Chase Better Times

MARTDOOM tracks much more than whether you survived.

The game records your performance across individual levels, complete episodes and full-game runs, including personal best times and detailed gameplay statistics.

You can maintain up to five local profiles, each with its own progression, records and statistics.

When online features are available, global statistics and leaderboards let you compare level times, episode times, complete-game times and player totals with other players.

Beating a level is only the beginning.

MARTDOOM includes more than 300 in-game achievements that reward skill, speed, precision, persistence and a healthy amount of creative destruction.

Some are straightforward milestones. Others ask you to play very differently: finish a level without taking a single hit, clear it without picking up any health, beat a demanding target time, or take down a boss under very specific conditions.

Achievements are organized into three categories:

General: Kill streaks, headshots, multi-kills with a single explosion, chain reactions, marathon distances, Endless Mode challenges and more.

Episode: Complete an entire episode without dying, beat its time target, and master two unique challenges designed around each episode's enemies and bosses.

Level: Every one of the 50 levels has its own set: Cleared, Untouchable, Frugal and Time Attack.

Some achievements are secret and only reveal themselves once unlocked.

Track your progress for each profile, and when online features are available, check how rare each achievement is among all players and see who has unlocked the most.

Old-School Controls, Modern Convenience

Run, aim and shoot with familiar FPS controls, switch instantly between seven weapons and keep moving.

MARTDOOM supports both English and Spanish, saves progression and statistics per profile, and allows completed content to be revisited from the level selection menu.
